  1. The “Promoter” of the Prize Draw is Butlin’s. Butlins Skyline limited, 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL. Registered in England No. 04011665.
  2. The prize draw entry is open from 24th December 2018 at 23:59 and closes on the 1st January 2019 at 23:59
  3. Open to UK entrants over the age of 18 years excluding Northern Ireland and excluding employees of Bourne Leisure their immediate families, their agents, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
  4. To be in with a chance of winning you must book a 2019 break at Butlin’s between 6th December 2018 – 24th December 2018. Bookings exclude: conference and events guests, caravan bookings and day visitors.
  5. To enter, please send a video of your child reacting to their Christmas present of a Butlin’s break. Videos must be submitted via the Butlin’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/butlins). Children taking part in the competition must be aged between 1-15 years old.
  6. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. Incomplete, corrupt or entries not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
  7. All qualifying bookings have an equal chance of winning the prize bundle.
  8. Entry is limited to one entry per 2019 booking made between 6th December 2018 – 24th December 2018
  9. There will be one prize. The winner will be awarded £50.00 Butlin’s On-Resort Spending Vouchers and a bundle of Butlin’s merchandise worth £50.00. The prize is non-transferable and there will be no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to exchange the prize for one of equal or greater value.
  10. The winner will be selected at random and notified by Butlin’s who will contact the winner directly on Facebook. The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified. Butlin’s will require your full name, full address and Butlin’s booking reference number from you in order to fulfil the prize to your preferred location. The delivery address for the prize must be within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).If we do not hear from the winner within 7 days the prize will be forfeit, and another randomly chosen winner will be selected.
  11. Supporting marketing material (e.g. social media posts) promoting the competition using UGC does not necessarily mean the guest has won a prize.
  12. The Promoter sharing a comment on their social channels that was submitted as an entry does not indicate that the entrant has won a prize
  13. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, this include Butlin’s utilising entrants entry videos or quoting comments made by entrants or in response to entrants entry videos. No use of such content by Butlin’s will in any way suggest that an individual is the winner of the prize draw, winners will be contacted directly by Butlin’s (see 11) on Facebook by way of a private message message. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion or accepting the prize.
  14. The Promoter’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions.
